Accounting/Admin Assistant

 




looking for contracted assistant position.

Assist with Accounts Payable (responsible for collecting data and analyzing against invoices)
Prepare and maintain files and reports (prepare copies and scan files).
Assist with Audit of current inventory
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and other practices.

Skills Required (languages, equipment, etc.):
• BA or BS in Business and/or Finance
• Experience in operations or finance.
• Strong understanding and exposure to fundamental accounting processes.
• A detailed oriented person that is able to multi-task
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
• Must have demonstrated advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills.
• Must be hard-working, have a ‘can do’ attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
