Accounting Payroll Clerk
Full time position with non profit agency will handle agency’s petty cash transactions, be responsible for recording of earned income credit card deposits, distributing account payable checks, filing / scanning accounting and payroll records, keeping track of time activity report signed by all employees. Prepare cash receipts, journal entry and post in Blackbaud. Maintain manual / voided check log and assist in audit paperwork as requested.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 yr payroll and or benefits experience.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Blackbaud exp. helpful.
Strong written and verbal skills; excellent analytical skills, organized; positive can do attitude; team player, proactive and excellent customer service skills.
