Payroll/HR Assistant
We are seeking a detail oriented, professional payroll/human resources assistant. This is a full-time position; previous administrative experience is a must.
Qualifications:
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
o Outgoing with a positive, can do attitude
o Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
o Learn quickly, follow directions accurately, and make sound decisions
o Bright, confident, self starter that is comfortable working independently and with others.
o Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
o Advanced knowledge of MS Office
o Experience with Employee Benefits
o Familiarity with a Payroll Processing system is a plus
Job Duties: (Including but not limited to)
o Heavy weekly paperwork, reconciling service invoices with database system for nationwide service company.
o Process weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees
o Track employee benefits, workers comp cases, & garnishments
o Research and dispute all credit card chargebacks for 13 cities by deadline
o General clerical/administrative duties
